Sunbeam Beeswax Candles - Tibetan Buddha Head

Sunbeam Beeswax Candles - Tibetan Buddha Head

Description

A beautiful statue from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. Our Tibetan Buddha Head includes the "urna" (the third eye), which symbolizes the Buddha's ability to see past our mundane universe of suffering; the "ushnisha" (the topknot), a symbol of his omniscience; and the elongated, empty earlobes that recall Siddhartha's princely past when he wore expensive jewelry.

Hand poured using 100% pure beeswax and a cotton wick. Item #524 (857383002714) Diameter: 3" Height: 5" Weight: .7lb

Candle Care Instructions: Trim wick to ¼” initially. After that, no trimming is necessary for tapers. Longer wicks benefit tapers in preventing dripping. (Please note: Tapers are the ONLY candle that does not need consistent wick trimming before lighting. All other candles benefit from frequent wick trimming. To help prevent dripping, do not burn in front of open windows or running fans, and keep out of drafty areas. To prevent excessive smoke after extinguishing, use a snuffing tool. Always use a taper holder, burn on a level surface, and NEVER leave unattended.
